Kuala Lumpur Luggage Services by LuggAgent (To/From Kuala Lumpur Airport/Downtown)

Just loves this service, as we had to change Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and had 2 Large Baggages with us and we left them to Luggagent and we travelled freely during the day and saved almost 2 hours and a huge stress.

It was very convenient. When I asked questions on LINE before the day of use, they replied politely and promptly. On the day I left my luggage, they were slower than expected to contact me about receiving my luggage, so I was worried, but I was relieved when they replied right away when I contacted them. The luggage was received on time, so I thought it was a really convenient and appreciated service. I would definitely like to use it again.

In the end, the luggage arrived. I booked a delivery from Kuala Lumpur city to the airport, but I couldn't get in touch with them on Line. I emailed them and they asked me to give them my ID, but I didn't get in touch with them on Line. It was my first time using the service, so I was very worried about the delay in contacting them. Reservations don't go according to schedule. There is a lot of waiting time. It's convenient to be able to go sightseeing in the city without luggage, but the time you wait is a waste. However, I wondered why they charge an additional fee if the user is late.

I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but the replies were quick and I was able to find my luggage quickly. I'm very satisfied!

I had communicated the meeting place in advance via LINE and received approval, but on the day, the person in charge got the location wrong and made me wait 30 minutes. I was nervous during that time, and if we had made the other party wait for the same amount of time, we would have been charged an additional fee. However, there was no discount for the wait this time, and I felt a strange feeling as soon as I arrived at the site. Thankfully, my luggage had already arrived at the time of check-in.

Despite having confirmed the meeting point the day before, I was directed to a different meeting point at the last minute on the day of. In the end, the meeting point I had confirmed the day before turned out to be correct. I was forced to move around with two suitcases, which was extremely difficult.

I've used similar services in other countries, but the operation here is terrible. I waited almost an hour to pick up, and it would have been even longer if I hadn't taken the initiative to speed things up. I was okay since I had time to spare, but I wouldn't recommend using this service if you're on a tight schedule.
