Recently rented a car in Malaysia and had a smooth overall experience. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and fuel-efficient — ideal for city driving as well as short highway trips. Pick-up and drop-off were hassle-free, and the support team was responsive throughout. Driving in Malaysia was comfortable with good road conditions, clear signages, and easy access to petrol stations. Just be mindful of toll roads, as most require Touch ’n Go card balance.

The airport pickup company contacted us early to confirm details, and the communication and service went very smoothly. The driver was friendly and considerate, communication was easy, and the trip went without a hitch.

This is the worst. I received no contact by the promised time. Despite my attempts to reach them, there was no response. This completely ruined my trip to the airport. I contacted Klook, and they just told me to wait. Will they take responsibility if I miss my flight? I will never use this company, or Klook, again.

We booked an 8-hour tour but arrived at the drop-off location an hour early. However, we were not dropped off at the agreed-upon location. I mistakenly planned a route outside the city because I misunderstood the locations I could book, but I paid the additional fee requested by the company in full. If I return to Malaysia, I would never book this tour again.
