Overall ok, there are a lot of snacks and snacks, satisfied. The transportation is convenient, near the MTR, and there are many restaurants nearby.

The room space is large enough, sanitation is okay, with less toiletries and not complete enough. The soundproofing of the room is poor, and you will hear the sound of water next to it. The front desk service attitude is average.

- We reserved the hotel on Thursday night while I will check in on Friday. We got the final last-minute cancellation from the hotel when I was going to check-in at their lobby. They said the hotel was fully booked but Klook still allowed people to reserve. It illustrates unprofessional / poor management. - We were not the only. guest who were rejected right at their lobby. - Klook initially offered just a full refund and cancellation. After negotiation, few look points were rewarded but it was just a small amount. - Klook has no one tryied to contact us via phone, not even one call and we could not locate any customer service hotline
