Leave the concrete jungle of Seoul for a few hours by traveling to Chungcheongnam-do by riding an air-conditioned bus. Once you arrive there, you’ll head for Mount Daedunsan where you’ll ride a cable car to an incredibly high point of the mountain. On your way there, you’ll be able to get breathtaking views of the forests, rivers, and waterfalls that surround the mountain, so make sure to have your camera ready and take wonderful snapshots to commemorate this adventure. Once you get off the cable car, you’ll go hiking up and down the different sections of the mountain. Since you’ll be going on this trip during the autumn season, you can appreciate the beauty of the autumn foliage as you go about your leisurely stroll. Mount Daedunsan is also the home of the legendary Geumgang Suspension Bridge; you can take this opportunity to follow it and stand at its highest point, which is 81 meters high. After walking around the mountain for a couple of hours, you’ll return to its base on foot, and to unwind, you’ll be given some free time that you can use to have lunch and walk around before returning to Seoul. This is a must for nature lovers, and it’s great exercise!
