Secret Spot Hot Tubs Rotorua

My partner and I had such an amazing time at Secret Spot Hot Tubs Rotorua! The whole experience was so relaxing and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. The hot tub was perfect, and it was such a lovely way to unwind and spend quality time together. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended.

We visited at night when it was cold, and the hot tub was the perfect way to get warm 😭it was very relaxing and you can buy drinks. went at 9pm and there was not many people, so we basically had the locker room to ourselves. the soak was 45 mins long which was more than enough. it was very private and quiet at night (we went on a weekday). we bought the tickets on klook just few hours before. highly recommend if you need to get warm!!

the experience is spectacular... we booked evening and it was just perfect as it was bit cold due to winter time when booked experience: great! fantastic and sooo romantic safety: very safe

We used the family bath with our children. Soaking in the hot springs while looking at Mount Rotorua was truly amazing. The weather was a bit chilly, so the children were able to fully enjoy the hot springs.

Absolutely fantastic activity! Well organised, we arrived, they checked us in, issued locker keys to go get changed, and then we were able to order drinks and food. When we walked down to the hot tub, the food and drinks was delivered directly to us, which was great. There was a buzzer if we wanted to order anything else, and once our time was up, a light flashed on the deck. The hot tub was massive for 2 people and was secluded from the other hot tubs, looking out into the forest, which had coloured lights. Highly recommend!

The only drawback is that the usage time is short at 45 minutes including changing time. It was nice to use it late at night because it had a nice atmosphere, and it was also romantic because it was an open-air bath with a light rain. It is recommended in terms of price.

Lovely experience at the Secret Spot. Range of drinks that you can order. Although staff at Reception should let guests know about leaving a card at Reception if people want to order drinks once they're in the tub. It's a well thought out set up, the tub area felt private, and it was warm, and relaxing. You are given a key for a locker to keep your personal items safe. Bathrooms with showers available for afterwards. Bring your own towel. Enjoy!
