Experience: Amazing! The instructor was very dedicated, teaching step-by-step, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire experience. They also helped take many photos, which made it a lot of fun. Luckily, I saw sea turtles during the dive. The service included hotel pickup and drop-off, which was very convenient.

Coach Eason took a lot of photos for us and paid close attention to whether we were feeling unwell... We saw turtles, a lot of fish, and coral reefs. It's worth going again!

Booking was easy. The dive shop address on Klook was not updated. The instructor was patient and went to different dive sites, and also helped us take pictures. Recommended!

The instructors are very professional, the pre-dive briefing was thorough, and the equipment was complete. Listen to the instructor's directions, and even first-time divers can have a happy experience!

Even though the seawater visibility was low due to the continuous rain and we couldn't see many fish, thanks to instructors Hsiao Hsien and Hsiao Chu for taking us diving. On the second day of my solo trip, I visited Kenting National Park. You absolutely have to go diving when you're in Kenting! My instructor was Eason, and not only is he handsome, but his explanations were excellent, and he's a really nice guy. His underwater guidance was fantastic too! All in all, I highly recommend him 👍 I'll definitely visit again if I get the chance! Thank you, Instructor Eason, and thank you, Qianzhuang, for such a wonderful experience.

I'm from Hong Kong and I visit Taiwan quite often, but this is my first time to travel to Hengchun and Kenting. I have already put diving on my list when planning the itinerary. After looking around on Klook, I finally chose to go diving, and it turned out to be the right choice! The whole experience was excellent! First of all, they will drive to the B&B to pick you up, so you don't have to worry about the round-trip transportation. After arriving, they will give you a brief explanation, and when you actually go into the water, they will give you patient guidance. I was inevitably nervous when I was diving for the first time, but the diving instructor Eason slowly made me adapt. When I saw something worth seeing in the water, he would also signal me to go and see it. Of course, the photo service was also in place. After getting out of the water, there was space for me to wash my body and change clothes. It was really a great experience♥️

The water is not good. The first time to experience diving, Xiaobai must confirm with the diving agency whether it is 1v1! ! ! This is very important! ! A total of 3 people with friends booked a deep diving experience on Klook. It was not specified in advance whether it was 1v1. There were only 2 coaches on the scene. In the end, one person was led by one coach and the other two were led by another coach, which became 1v2. But because of my inexperience, I didn't notice anything wrong. I unconditionally believe that the coach should be professional and able to handle 2 people, but what happened later proved that one coach could not take care of it at all, under the premise that both of them were very poor in water. In addition, the training time was very short, only about 15 minutes in total, and there was no training in the swimming pool or diving area, just carrying the bottle and going into the sea. The time of our overall experience was also very short, and most of the time was wasted on them preparing equipment, but shouldn't the preparation of equipment be prepared before we arrived? After entering the water and preparing to dive, I found that my equipment was actually installed in the wrong place, and the coach hurriedly readjusted it temporarily. Even before entering the water, I didn't find anything wrong when I helped me put on the equipment. I really can't understand it. After swimming deeper (about 3 meters), the coach let out my air and pulled me (from my friend's perspective, the coach clamped my oxygen bottle with his legs), but I don't know if he didn't pull it tightly or didn't notice that I sank to the bottom of the sea in an instant, just like a big rock wrapped around my body, without any preparation or notice. But at this time, the coach didn't find me on the bottom of the sea and was still on the surface of the sea, taking care of my friend. Maybe the weight I carried was too heavy or I let out too much air. But shouldn't the coach check or train these before entering the water or in shallow water? ? ? Right? Then I thrashed and rolled on the bottom of the sea, with bubbles all around my face and my vision blocked. In a panic, I couldn't find the button to drain the oxygen, so I could only force myself to stay calm and breathe oxygen intermittently. I kept making gestures for help, but the coach didn't notice me. I tried to push off the ground to rush up, but the weight on my body was really heavy, so I was pressed to the bottom of the sea. In an instant, I panicked and really experienced what it means to be near death; panic, helplessness and powerlessness, calling for help on the bottom of the sea but no one saw me. The time I spent on the bottom of the sea should be less than a minute because my friend said that I sank and came up very quickly, but I really felt that this was the longest minute in my life. The girl who was traveling with the organization (not the coach, but the staff of the organization) saw me first and rescued me. The coach also left my friend and came to rescue. But my friend was floating on the water alone and no one cared about her. If you think about it carefully, this is also terrible. If you are alone, if something happens to the other person, it is really a matter of taking care of the head and not the tail. Everyone is in danger. So it is really not 1v2, the coach can't take care of everyone at all. Afterwards, the coach said that he did this because he saw that I was in good condition, but I think this is an excuse for negligence. No matter what, you should not sink directly to the bottom of the sea, especially for a novice like me who has no experience. Besides, I was calling for help underwater and no one noticed it. To be honest, if you can't handle two students and they are both novices, you shouldn't take guests out in the first place. After all, this sport is really dangerous. I seriously question the professionalism and professional quality of this diving club and the coach. This incident has a huge psychological shadow on me, making me very afraid of deep water (more than 3 meters). After the coach rescued me, we adjusted our mood a little and set off again, but after exceeding 3 meters, I didn’t want to continue, so the coach sent us ashore and continued to take my friend to the deep water area alone. After it became 1v1, the coach could pay attention to everyone’s reactions in time.
