Lovely mooncakes though beware it’s not available for redemption in most of the outlets (IFC/ HKCEC/ SHKC/ Sogo)
The first time you buy Godiva moon cakes, you can get moon cakes with QR code, which is very convenient. The mooncakes are very special, with a strong chocolate flavor. I especially like the matcha kumquat, which is very refreshing.
The redemption process is smooth and simple, just scan with the QR code to redeem. Food quality is also good!

We went to Taikoo Shing's shop yesterday, sales associate told us they are not able to redeem the voucher as Taikoo Shing's branch wasn't the destinated shop for redeeming the voucher yet and start sending us away. What, voucher stated this store is one of the pick up pint for the voucher.Hence, they claimed that the redeeming system was down, they can't fix it at that moment. It was extremely weird and the services was pretty bad. Even we talked with them nicely, they told us to ask KLOOK for the refund rather redeeming the voucher in-store or try to solve the problem for us at the very beginning, totally unacceptable for such polite and patience response.
