- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- The driver/supplier will provide the designated pick-up location and information the day before the pick-up. Please check your email or the pick-up details in the order voucher in the app.
- The complimentary waiting time for pick-up is 10 minutes. If passengers exceed this time and cannot be contacted, it will be considered a "No Show," and no refund will be issued.
- VIP Rock Zone tickets are complimentary, and are only redeemable with the purchase of the "Limited Offer - Round Trip Transfer with Complimentary VIP Ticket" package. Limited availability, while supplies last.
- Redemption Time: 16:00-18:00. No waiting for latecomers. Documents that have been redeemed or claimed by proxy will not be reissued if lost.
- Redemption Location: Venue Information Desk (VIP Ticket Redemption Counter)
- Redeem your ticket: On the day of your visit, present your Klook order - electronic travel voucher for verification by the event staff (must be on the qualified purchase list)
- A physical ID is required for verification. One ticket can be redeemed per person per order.
- The public must queue up to collect tickets themselves. Tour guides are not allowed to collect tickets on behalf of the group or collect multiple tickets at once, to avoid disputes.
- VIP ticket holders may enter the Rock Zone within the designated time frame, valid only for the day of use (cannot be used across multiple days). All Rock Zone tickets are for standing room only. Specific locations within the Rock Zone cannot be guaranteed. Ticket eligibility will not be maintained after the designated time.
- If a member of your party is picking up items on behalf of others, they must provide all required identification documents for verification and confirm with the service counter before leaving.
- VIP tickets for events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
- 🔔 Friendly Reminder: Please pick up VIP tickets at the “VIP Ticket Redemption Counter” at the event venue. Shuttle drivers only provide transportation services and cannot assist with distributing or collecting tickets. Please take note.

It is hoped that the return pick-up time can be adjusted to after the end of the activity. Because the stage time seems to be delayed the next day! But the time agreed with the driver has come, so I didn’t finish the stage performance which was a bit disappointing! But I still had a lot of fun and will buy it again next time, and I reached an agreement with the driver and the strangers in the car so that I won’t miss the full music festival performance!
The seats in the VIP area are spacious, and the price is very good! It’s very convenient to charter a taxi back and forth, otherwise it’s really far away~ It’s just that the driver’s local suggestion can be stipulated uniformly, otherwise we will communicate and search for a long time on the return trip
The VIP area is really great, but I hope the staff can control it, otherwise it will be too crowded and people will come in and out all the time, which will disturb others.
The driver on the outbound journey was a little late and did not feel familiar with the road conditions. The speed of the car along the road was a bit slow and he did not wear a mask. The pick-up location for the return trip was a bit difficult to find, because it was too late to end the trip, the sky was gloomy, and the event staff were a little different from what they said, resulting in a lot of time around the entire event site before finding the pick-up location. It can be broadcasted loudly to remind passengers of the direction of the boarding place, or flashing signs to attract attention. However, the service attitudes of the drivers on the outbound and return journeys are very cordial and kind, and the vehicles are in good and clean condition. The price of the whole project is acceptable, and the round-trip connection and VIP rock zone tickets are worth it!
I thought it was a large tourist bus, but unexpectedly used the T4 van to pick up and drop off. Not only the seats are comfortable, but the mobility is higher. The most important thing is to enjoy the super close VIP rock zone. It is great to be able to get close to the stars. You must grab tickets in the future.
The seat is really great
The shuttle was punctual, and the entire ride was comfortable. Considering that music festivals can sometimes run late, the return time should be pushed back a little to allow for some buffer time. This would prevent feeling rushed when leaving the venue and alleviate any concerns about not being able to find the shuttle.
Don't worry about the traffic, it's really very convenient, the pick-up driver is very friendly, and the car is very comfortable!
