Reviews
I gathered at 15:30 as instructed that day, but there was no news. At around 15:45, I was told to go ahead and watch 20 minutes of irrelevant footage of the catacombs. At 16:10, I started going to Domitilla (the English-speaking tour guide there was good), but I didn’t go to St Callisto after that. I asked the driver, and he said it was closed today. Then we went to the Franciscan Capuchin Crypt and Museum (listening to the audio guide), and when we came out, the driver had already left. It feels like I paid more than $1,300 Hong Kong dollars, and most of what I waited for was just a private car transfer to two attractions (a total of three points because there was no return trip in the end). The tickets for those places include a tour guide, so I think they were overcharged. And if St Callisto is not open that day, why is there an itinerary in the first place? I signed up because I went to those locations. This is a really bad experience and I hope to get a serious reply.
