Device Details:
- Daily data allowance: 1GB
- The data allowance is calculated on a cumulative basis. For example, if you booked for 4 days rental, you will be entitled to 4 days x 1GB = 4GB of total data to be used over 4 days
- Minimum number of rental days: 3
- 4G network device
- Can be shared with up to 10 devices
- Penalty for spoilt device at RM500 per device
- You will be notified your data usage via text message
Additional Information:
- Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Monday and return it on a Thursday, you will be charged for 4 days of usage
- You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
- The data allowance provided is accumulative. For example, a 5 days rental gives you a total allowance of 5GB. If you exceed the 5GB limit, you will be charged at the rental rate of RM30 for every 1GB of additional usage. If only 500MB is used on the first day, the remaining 500MB will be carried forward for the next day's usage

The connection is good and easy to use! The instruction of collection was not really clear, follow the map to the place but didn’t see any counter there. Wasting the time to look for the staff pass it to me
Great connectivity at CBD area and even suburbs areas.
Convenient location to collect and return the device with reasonable price. However, the line is not really stable in some of the area in Melbourne. Basically the battery cannot last for 12 hours a day as stated. Do prepare your own power bank to standby and change for the device if you are planning a full day tour
The wife device is very useful. Several smart phones are supposed to be connected conveniently.
If you are taking the flight at KLIA, don't get this as they do not have a booth at KLIA (only have one at KLIA2), and the person was late to send the pocket wifi on the day (they will call you and only head towards KLIA then) despite putting the pickup time. Reception also was not very good out of city of Melbourne. We got another portable wifi from a different service provider, and it had better connection than this. Overall was not satisfied with the customer service or the connectivity of the wifi.
