Jann at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown

Dining at Jann was a good experience, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Ambience was good and staff service was excellent. Great view of the city, spotting key attractions such as KL tower, merdeka tower and twin towers.

THE STAFF ARE AMAZING, IM NOT EVEN KIDDING. they are so nice, kind, and very warm. we went around 7pm. the food is amazing too we got two pasta and chicken wings. the view is also great bc you can see the kl tower, petronas, and maybank building.

good value and the voucher is enough for 2 people. bear in mind of service charge 6%. and they only allow spending more than 100myr voucher, which means you need to spend exactly 100myr or more. if ur transaction is only 99myr, you need to spend more. all service and food are great for this voucher. the view wont look as the photo though. still great for photos.

The ambiance at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown's Jann is stunning, with its red burnt brick, golden brass accents, and elegant black and white floor tiles. The panoramic views of the bustling Chinatown and iconic landmarks like Merdeka 118, KLCC, and KL Tower are truly breathtaking. It's a must-visit spot to experience the essence of old and new Kuala Lumpur while savoring unique cocktails.

Great service, food too, and amazing cocktails. View out is worth of visit place. Generally vibe is chilled, music not loud, perfect for date with someone or with yourself. Definitely book in advance as when I visited all tables was full.

My second visit: surprised that this remains a"hidden gem' despite its unobstructed views of KL's skyline. There is ample space for social distancing - especially outdoors. It is quite pleasant sitting outdoors during the evening. Patrons of Klook's vouchers should take note that this voucher does NOT (and SHOULD NOT) apply to happy hour deals @ promotions. It appears that there was a genuine mistake on the part of Jann's staff over the past weeks where Klook's vouchers were redeemed against happy hour deals - eventhough the words in fine print on Klook's vouchers states otherwise. So do take note of this. I enjoyed the service though they would benefit from beefing up their staffing. With the economic impact of COVID 19, one can appreciate that this may not be feasible for now.

The Food and Beverage Team provided excellent service - warm welcome and full of smiles. It was an overall a good experience.

We had our anniv. dinner here and we enjoyed it! The food was delicious and the servers are all accommodating and nice. I will recommend this to my friends who will go to Malaysia and wants to have a dinner at a fancy place.

If you prefer a much more chill type bar restaurant, this is one of a good choice , and you know what's great for this bar they have amazing interior just a little on dark side for night but does have outdoor seating with kl view too, just sadly the day I attend caught raining . P/S: Reminder for everyone , NOT a in house hotel guest . Please find another parking as they count by hour , which is too costly , RM5/hour as their parking not that great , too narrow and confusing lift button . And long waiting for a carpark lift and there are just only one lift to carpark lift . Overall, for a 4/5 star hotel , just a little, there's no in-house guest restaurant free parking. So basically, for all first timers , you may get cheaper prices for vouchers on restaurants but get swallowed on parking.

This was my first time using Klook. The outdoor seating were well spaced with quite a view of KL's skyline: KLCC twin towers, KL Tower, Tun Razak Exchange and the second tallest building in the making, Warisan Merdeka with Chinatown's old buildings at the fore.
