with my man heri, it was a wonderful trip. he drove safely, and he was very friendly. thanks to his guide, I was able to visit Kawah Poetih, Rengganis crater, Ranca Upas. I loved all places i went with Heri. even the lunch and the road which had tea plantation views were all nice. Also I would love to travel again with Heri if I come to Indonesi again.

I used the service with Mr. Agus, he is very kind and polite. The best part is he is real local here so he know the places very well. Af first, I didn’t expect much caused it was unplanned trip, but it turns out that all the place I went are unforgettable, starting with Tangkuban Perahu, Orchids Forest park which I can bough a few cactus home, the Luwak coffee farm which changed my thought about making animal-crueling coffee. The last is the best, the Dahapati Resto… the best comfort oxtail soup that everyone should try… heals my souls..

Had a great experience with this private taxi service. The driver showed up right on time and was super professional, kind, and generous. He speaks good English, so we had some nice chats along the way, even though traffic was pretty bad because of the Bandung holiday.He helped me get tickets for Kawah Putih, took me to the tea plantation, and even brought me to a really nice café with amazing food and views.Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants an easy and comfortable trip around Bandung.

This is 1 of the best choices we made during our Bandung trip! Our driver, Mr. Nandar is very helpful in organizing our itinerary so we had enough time to visit all the attractions we wanted to visit in Ciwidey. Bonus points for Mr. Nandar for bringing us to the right place for breakfast & lunch. I think the highlight of our trip was having lunch at Bukit Senyum. I was planning to rent a car locally since I have an international driving permit, but I couldn't find any rental car shops near Bandung. After doing some research, it seemed that renting a car with a driver was the norm, so I searched various sites and ended up on Klook. At first, I was worried about whether a driver and car would really be arranged, but I felt relatively reassured when I received a message via WhatsApp in advance. (To my fellow Japanese travelers, even if you're not used to it, you should install WhatsApp while planning your trip to Indonesia. You might receive communications from hotels and other places via WhatsApp.) On the day, the driver was waiting for me when I arrived at the station and guided me throughout the day with simple English. The main reasons I'm glad I rented a car with a driver are as follows: ① Indonesian roads are quite congested, and there are many motorcycles, which seems challenging for Japanese drivers. ② I really don't understand the local parking rules. It's safer to leave it to someone who knows where it's okay to park. ③ They take you to the restroom when you need to go. Unlike Japan, you can't just go to a convenience store, so this was very helpful. ④ They translate at each tourist spot. You can leave the ticket transactions to them and just pay. More than anything, the driver's personality was the highlight of this experience. Even though we had just met, they tried to entertain a tourist from Japan with various conversations and guidance, to the point where it was hard to say goodbye at the end. Please try it, even if you think you might be tricked. ※ It's best to have a lot of 5,000 Rupiah notes on hand. Parking fees, tips, everything is basically 5,000 Rupiah (about 50 yen). To those of you thinking, "All 5-star reviews is a bit much, isn't it?" You'll probably end up giving all 5-star reviews as well when you return home. lol

An amazing experience and trip! Thanks to Nanbar, our driver and guide, for providing a great itinerary. I booked the tour the day before and the driver arrived at my hotel at 8:40 AM for a 9:00 AM pickup. The itinerary was packed and the food was delicious, including the White Crater, Deer Park, Tea Plantation, suspension bridge and hot springs. We even picked strawberries! It was really great value and I highly recommend it!

We were assigned a very thoughtful driver, Jely, who not only speaks fluent English but also knows basic Chinese. He's very kind and friendly, and also a very knowledgeable local driver. He helped us plan our itinerary for the day based on our preferences, advised us on things to watch out for at tourist spots, such as unreasonable vendors, what reasonable prices should be, and how to negotiate. He even took us to eat local durian, which we really wanted to try. It really wasn't smelly and had a silky, milky flavor. He also recommended satay that locals like to eat, which was cheap and plentiful. Hiring a car with a driver for a day trip to Mount Tangkuban Parahu from Bandung was really worth it. There were four of us in the car, and the price was per car, not per person, so it was very worthwhile. The driver was also very polite, easy to talk to, and introduced us to local attractions and activities.

our driver is mr nandar he pick up us in green forest resirt. he bring us to see the lembang about asia africa, floating market lembang and tahu susu and cibink reataurant and he is friendly and care. lembang is raining at the time and he give us the umbrella. i recomended this service is very good and also mr nandar is very nice and friendly. thanks mr. nandar.

Booked the private car for one day to visit Tangkuban Perahu and Lembang Area. We got our driver contact via WhatsApp day before. Our driver, Jerry, was punctual, friendly and English is good as well, his car was also in good condition. He gave us some feedback on the places that we gonna visit, and suggested alternative places that would be better for us to visit. He is also very accommodating with our plans.
