Good to know

  • The trip starts at our kayak station in Cam Thanh. After a briefing on paddle safety and the area you will be kayaking, we’ll start to paddle to the palm islands where the most well-grown Nipa palms (locally known as cocopalm), are found. The palm forests provide the locals with products such as fish, shells and Nipa leaves, which are commonly used as a roofing material on local homes. Enjoy amazing landscapes and talk with local people as we paddle along the river. Lasting about two hours, it’s a great experience for first-time paddlers.

We had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a relaxing one-hour paddleboard ride down a calm river. Even though we were moving slowly, we felt safe and were able to enjoy the scenery because our guide kept a watchful eye on us from a short distance ahead. Thank you!
