Sabirama Cooking Class in Hoi An

Let me add a Chinese review; Chinese people don't deceive Chinese people. This afternoon's itinerary was just for me, but Huong was enthusiastic and friendly throughout the reception and teaching. The driver, the boatman, the coconut boatman, and the lady who gave me a massage were all incredibly friendly. The activities were very rich: I took a boat on the river, rode a coconut boat, and had a super comfortable shoulder, neck, and leg massage (much more comfortable than the one I had last night in Hoi An Ancient Town!). Huong's teaching was also very relaxed and enjoyable, and she even gave me a delicious coconut coffee. Someone helped record videos and take photos throughout the entire process, so the service was very comprehensive and thorough. With hotel pick-up and drop-off included, I really have to praise the rich experience I got for this price! Thank you to the team for diligently hosting even just one person!

this is the best cooking tour to do in the city. It includes going to the markets a boat ride the bamboo boats half hour massage and for Cooking recipes you learn to cook the staff was absolutely fantastic. I was lucky to do a private tour cause no one booked with me but had a fantastic time. The staff are very helpful even with mobility difficulties.

My family and I had a fantastic tour with our friendly local guide, Vinh. She is super cool and took great care to explain during our wet market tour, coconut boat rides and she's is an amazing and patient chef who taught us to cook awesome Vietnamese dishes. We thoroughly enjoy this tour. Highly recommended!

From the prompt pickup from our hotel to the smooth transfer to our tour, we were greeted by our smiling & welcoming tour guide & chef. We walked through a local market, with introduction to ingredients, which would be used in our cooking. We then proceeded into a comfortable boat & enjoyed a peaceful glide through the river while admiring the charming architecture & cosy home stays, adorning the banks of the river. We watched the fishermen lowering their nets & the tranquility of the river. We were then transported into basket boats to enjoy a fun ride to the village. Once we arrived to the charming village & a restaurant, we were greeted by a welcome drink & treated to a foot massage. Then we were given aprons & the cooking adventure has began. While it was a typical hot day in HoiAn, everything was so well organised in the shade, we didn’t even feel the heat & enjoyed every moment. As we cooked each course, we ate it & at the end were so full of delicious food, wonderful memories & feeling very satisfied with this authentic local experience. My kids were raving about it, very family friendly & highly recommended for everyone.

Hung was a great host and had good communication. The tour was adjusted and we did lantern making instead of the boat ride due to the typhoon. The lantern making and cooking class was very fun and educational, would recommend this activity especially for families. The foot and head massage was also very relaxing.

The driver arrived at the hotel on time for pickup. Upon arrival, we immediately visited the market, then went for a boat ride and a coconut boat ride. The coconut boat spins around, and you have to pay the boatman extra for it. It's definitely worth the extra money; it's a lot of fun.

What an unforgettable experience! We started by visiting a local market to shop for fresh vegetables and ingredients for our meal. Then we took a charming wooden motorboat through the waterways before transferring to a traditional coconut basket boat. The ride was so much fun with lively music, skilled boat operators, and the option to be spun around if you wanted an extra thrill! Afterward, we enjoyed a relaxing foot and neck massage before a private cooking class with just my husband and me. Our instructor was warm, patient, and taught us how to prepare several authentic Vietnamese dishes that were absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly organized, personal, and gave us a genuine taste of Vietnamese culture. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam!

Vang is nice and super friendly. For the cooking class package you can get a lot such as boat ride, coconut ride, foot and back massage plus the cooking class itself. It is such a wonderful experience.
