Reviews
Although I had done my homework beforehand, because I was taking my mother with me this time, I chose a Chinese tour guide, and this decision was the right one. The Chinese tour that day was just me and my mother. Our tour guide was called Xiao An. He was a young boy who graduated from fine arts. He was very nice and professional and explained very clearly. Let us know more about Gaudi's works. Because there were only two of us that day, the trip went smoothly and it felt like a luxury group.
Our guide Aurelia is very warm and accommodating. I love how well she tour us at Park Guell. The tour is worth it.
The tour guide's careful guidance added a lot of knowledge to this trip. It is a great and worthwhile activity! It is recommended that people who go to Park Guell spend a little more money and choose this guided tour
Our guide, Adrias, explained Gaudi's architecture in detail, which made us more interested in the sights. Afterwards, we toured Casa Padró without a guide, but we thought it was completely different. The guide was friendly and had a smile, and spoke Japanese fluently. We would definitely like to visit Spain again and see other Gaudi buildings.
Tour Guide: Superb tour guide, Kang Kang! Very professional and attentive. Itinerary: Although the meeting point changed at the last minute, the guide was very thoughtful and clearly communicated the new meeting location, so we didn't get lost at all. Attractions along the way: While visiting Park Güell, the guide's explanations were very clear and vivid, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of Gaudí's design and the park's history. Best of all, the guide was very patient, and even my sons listened with great interest and had a wonderful time! Highly recommend to all families 👍🏻
The tour guide Xiao Ji is very professional and knows the history of Park Güell very well. He will also collect some additional pictures and information to make it easier for the group members to understand. In addition, he is very attentive to helping the group members take suitable photos for souvenirs. It is a very good experience.
Our tour guide, Haley, was excellent! She answered all our questions and even helped us find great spots for photos. Thank you, Haley!
The tour guide was very good and told the story attentively. There is a lot of information. Maybe it was the off-season, there were only two of us, which was a bit embarrassing. Thanks!
We are very grateful to our tour guide, Mr. Kang Kang, who was very professional, enthusiastic and well prepared. He even prepared an iPad to display a lot of information and photos and gave us a full explanation. Various little-known facts about Park Guell and Gaudí's life story were introduced in detail and with enthusiasm. I highly recommend the Chinese guided tour. Unlike other attractions in the park, there are no audio guides available for rent. Compared to just seeing the sights by yourself, having a professional's explanation is really helpful. Thanks to Mr. Kang Kang’s explanation, we have very pleasant memories.
Take a guided tour in Chinese. Although it was raining heavily that day and the weather was very bad, the Chinese tour guide gave a detailed explanation. The Chinese tour guide himself is not an official tour guide. There is another person wearing an official tour guide identification card who accompanies him throughout the trip but does not speak. If you are concerned about whether the Chinese tour guide has official status, you can consider this yourself.
Good to know
- Meeting point: Coffee Park Café on Carrer de Larrard, 57. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
- Reaching Park Güell from the city center takes about 45min. Make sure to allow enough time to get there on time.
- Avoid using taxis, Uber or bus to reach Park Güell, as they're likely to get stuck in traffic. The most reliable route is taking Metro L3 to Lesseps, then walk to Park Güell.
- If you still want to take a taxi, make sure to ask the driver to drop you off near Larrard street and not Carretera del Carmel.
