What to expect
The Crystal Bus is the only double-decker sightseeing bus in Hong Kong meticulously refitted into a restaurant-bureau. It was officially launched in 2017 and has been reported by over 60 media outlets worldwide. Visitors who have experienced it have all given praise and positive reviews!
The bus features a luxurious and stylish design both inside and out, equipped with dining tables and spacious, comfortable booth sofas. The interior is decorated with over 100,000 Swarovski crystals, carefully inlaid by a team of foreign stone-pasting experts. It offers visitors a novel and unforgettable experience of exploring Hong Kong, making it a must-visit itinerary for check-in and sharing in Hong Kong.
Visitors can ride the only crystal bus in Hong Kong. The approximately 1.5 hour tour takes guests to four popular social media check-in spots for photo-taking, No sun exposure, no exhausting walking, with approximately 15 minutes of stay at each spot. Visitors will finally get off at the Central Ferris Wheel and Tourists who are interested can purchase additional tickets to go directly to ride the Ferris wheel. Each ticket includes a pack of Hong Kong local snacks and a drink.

The Crystal Bus is beautiful! It was a great first-time experience. The weather was hot, so being able to ride the bus to popular photo spots, take pictures, and then get back on the bus without getting too hot was wonderful.
No tour guide! Just a staff member on board who doesn't speak much Mandarin, but has great service! There are audio guides on the bus that provide information about some of the attractions! Not bad! However, stopping at each station for only "15 minutes" is really too short. There's not even enough time to take pictures! You have to run to the restroom~ You barely dare to leave the tour bus~ And I was disappointed that they only provided a bottle of drink and a few small cookies. I originally thought it would be Hong Kong-style dim sum. The only good thing - we chartered the bus for four people 😂 😂
The seating in the bus was clean and comfortable. Despite being only the two of us, the bus operator was friendly and made the effort to explain the itinerary to us. The dim sum meal was really delicious. A small challenge that we faced was to eat when the bus was turning on the road. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
On December 22nd, we were at Disneyland enjoying the super fun rides of Frozen and trying to get off the escalator to transfer to the Disney subway when my baby got stuck and I was really surprised and panicked, but an angel-like person appeared and lifted me up so that no one got hurt and we were able to get back to the hotel without any accidents. I just thanked him a few times and the subway came and he got on and left without being able to express my gratitude. Thank you so much. Please include this article in your review. The Crystal Bus is very beautiful and perfect for taking photos. The staff is polite and provides clear introductions. However, it rained that day, which deducted a few points. Overall, I'm very satisfied. It would be even better if the ride was longer.
Enjoyed the whole trip. Got to see nice views of Hong Kong and eat delicious dim sum meal along in the comfort of a clean and comfortable bus.
Although there were few attendees, the service staff was still very attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. It's very relaxing and enjoyable to play and rest at the same time.
The Crystal Dinner Tour was so much better than I expected. My husband and I were traveling alone, and after seeing it on a TV program, we decided to do it too. It was the best part of our Hong Kong trip. The night view was great, but since it was just my husband and I, it felt like we had rented it. And since we were Korean, the explanations were in Korean, which was nice, and the dim sum dinner was also very delicious and good.
It's a good place to spend a relaxing time with your family. The food is better than you think, so you can eat without any worries.
The food is fantastic and the service is exceptionally good. Highly recommended if you are bringing guests for sightseeing on a comfortable bus.
