Tumpak Sewu and Goa Tetes Waterfall Trekking Experience from Malang

good tours. driver Mr achmadi arrived on time at lobby. he greet me nicely and explain a little bit of my tours journey throughout the trip. shoutout also to my local guide in tumpak sewu named mr sules. he is such a nice guy. he take care of us along the trip, he even make a short video of us before we end the trip. the view of the tumpak sewu waterfall is truly mesmerizing. it felt unreal. really recommend people to visit here to take photos of this natural landscape. difficulty of the hike: 6/10 scenery: 9/10 guide:9/10 itinerary: 8/10

participant need stamina to climb the stairs and the trip involve quite alot of trekking but you will be rewarded with stunning view. waterfall is cooling and refreshing.

Had a overall great experience. Our driver Bobi is very considerate, and also the tour guide boy (don’t know how to spell his name but I thought the pronunciation is similar to “Tale”)is very caring. Anyways, the view worth your effort. Level of difficulty: moderate for a girl who doesn’t exercise very often since it gets extremely slippery sometimes. Tour guide would help you to take great pics and send to you, so even don’t need to bring your own phones. Maybe take some alcohol wipes or other sterilizing stuff in case you get injured.

I participated in a trekking tour of Tumpak Sewu and Goa Tetes, and it was an incredibly impressive and wonderful experience, especially among my travels in East Java. First, the view of Tumpak Sewu from the observation deck is breathtaking. The sight of massive waterfalls cascading simultaneously from a semicircular cliff is truly spectacular, and it was one of the most beautiful waterfalls I have ever seen. Furthermore, the trek down to the valley floor was an adventurous experience, involving crossing rivers and walking through lush green nature. Getting close to the waterfall, you are overwhelmed by its power and spray, allowing you to truly feel the might of nature. Goa Tetes was also very captivating; the clear spring water flowing over the rock face and the mystical cave atmosphere felt like another world. There are many photogenic spots, making it highly recommended for those who love nature and photography. Additionally, the guides and drivers were consistently kind and paid close attention to safety, allowing me to enjoy the trek with peace of mind. While it does require some physical stamina, even greater scenery and感動 (deep emotion/awe) await. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting East Java. Tumpak Sewu and Goa Tetes were undoubtedly the highlight of this trip. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Trip to tumpak sewu is around 2-2.5hrs. The driver and tour guide is friendly and knowledgeable. The tour guide offered to take a lot of pictures with good angles at the waterfall which is a big plus.

Driver pick up on time and good driving skill. Local guide Ah kai is helpful, good service by helping taking photos. Ensure safety and give him 5 stars service.

The driver, Bobby, is very friendly and drives very steadily. The guide, Tail, is a young and energetic fellow who provided sufficient help and was friendly during the waterfall tour.

The local staff was very friendly and I am satisfied with the Korean language service.

It was a fantastic trip; I'd love to go again.
