- Foreign travelers: Foreign nationals must be from a country that has a reciprocal agreement with our country and must provide a passport and an international driving permit with a stamp in section A to be eligible to rent a car.
- Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
- Helmets must be worn at all times
- If there is any traffic citation or parking fee, please pay by yourself or ask the operator to pay
- Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
- If there is any damage to the scooter, you will be charged according to the original manufacturer's price. Non-accidental situation: the customer may be charged an additional fee as part of the compensation for loss of use during the repair or cleaning of the vehicle caused by a traffic accident, theft, break down, defacement, etc
- The rent doesn't include fuels, please proceed to the gas station and fill 92 unleaded gasoline up the vehicle's tank. Please refuel the car to the same fuel level upon picking up when you return. Or the operator will charge for fuel plus an additional fee
- The driver's name should be the same as the renter, driver's valid driving license, or valid international driving permit. Renting a car for other people is not allowed. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Services
- To protect your rights and interests, please call the police immediately and keep the scene when you encounter a traffic accident or car theft. Do not settle the accident in private and please notify the operator at once
- For Taiwanese passport holder: Please present your Taiwanese driver's license and identification card
- Only participants aged 18+ can rent vehicle. Please show your proof of identity and certified license on-site for rental. Refunds will not be granted to travelers who fail to provide documents in question
- Types of Documents
- If you're traveling beyond north of Taroko, Tianxiang area, south to Ruisui (mountain line), Fengbin (coast line), please inform the supplier in advance. Failure to do so might require participants to pay a surcharge for the maintenance fee and shipping fee in the event that the motorcycles break down

During the Chinese New Year, I went to Hualien for a trip. I chose a motorcycle tour. It was fun to ride. The bike was smooth to ride. The raincoat was also included, which was just right for us. We had a lot of fun.

The car rental location is conveniently located just outside the front station exit, a short walk to the right. They also provide a waterproof phone holder and two raincoats. The vehicles are very new and in excellent condition. If you exceed the rental time, there's an additional charge of $50 per hour.
