Beijing Historical Sites and Modern Architecture Private Car Tour

The title of the activity is “guided tour”, there was no guide and certainly not a tour because we were asked by the driver where we want to go. It was a chartered transport- car rental for a day to the sites. The driver was nice and the car was excellent. After telling the driver that I would not know where we can get lunch, he took us to a spot with many varieties and we had a nice meal and the kids were happy. We didn’t get to see the universities because they apparently were not open to the public (the driver told us). Also, there was no contact whatsoever until 3 days before - when I called the tour operator. It wasn’t ideal at all! There could have been more information around what to expect at the sites by Klook.

Though the driver couldn't speak English, google translate is a big help, even the wechat wherein it translates the message into chinese.

The event itself does not include tickets, just a driver pick-up. Deceiving consumers and demanding a full refund

I didn’t expect that the driver is just a driver who can only drive and cannot introduce any attractions~ Beijing Qingda University can’t enter at all and can only pass by and take a look! I think the content of the itinerary is too beautiful and misleading

The route arrangement is attractive, but it is a pity that the master is completely unfamiliar with the itinerary and cannot provide any advice. I hope to strengthen the understanding of the masters to provide better service.
