Yehliu Geopark, Jiufen, Shifen, and Golden Waterfall Day Tour

We booked this tour a day before since we were in Taiwan during the summer season. Thankfully the skies were clear and we were able to enjoy the views. Our tour guide was Mr Huang and we really love how our trip went. He was very informative and kind. The tour is really good especially for first time visitors.

We had an extraordinary experience with our tour guide, Joseph M. He planned everything exceptionally well and the day was smooth and enjoyable due to his efforts l. He was so nice and kind to recommend and help us order local delicacies before reaching the location so we did not have to queue up. Ample time was given for photo taking as well!

Had a great time and this is good even for solo traveler. The guide (Joseph) is very kind, attentive and helpful. He explains everything clearly and communicates properly through whatsapp. Thank you for making this tour so easy.

I had an awesome day exploring Yehliu, Shifen, Jiufen, and the Golden Waterfall. Jeffrey Wu was an excellent guide—knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely funny. He kept the group entertained throughout the day while sharing interesting facts and local history, which made the long drives go by quickly. Everything was well organized, we had plenty of time at each stop, and he gave us great recommendations along the way. His positive energy and sense of humor really made the experience even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Jeffrey as your guide!

This was a fun whole day trip. It was worth it even if time is tight on each stop. Nelson Shih was very informative and knowledgeable about the places he’s taking us too. Having a ride for each tourist spots is also very convenient so getting this package was a good deal.

A tip for future travelers: Bring cash for optional activities and entrance fees, like the Shifen sky lantern and Yehliu Geopark admission, unless you’ve prepaid them on Klook. Also, expect plenty of walking, so wear comfortable shoes and bring a fan, umbrella, towel, or extra clothes. We had an amazing time and made wonderful memories! 🙏🥰

Highly recommend tour guide Ginger Lin! She shared the history of Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen in vivid detail and truly brought the past to life. She didn’t just guide us; she brought us right into the heart of these places to experience the local culture firsthand.
