About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- A deposit of MYR 350 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- 4G will be reduced to 3G once you’ve reached the maximum data allocation, and will return to 4G speed with consumable data at 12:00am, the next day

- Minimum rental days will be 3 days
- Malaysian passport holders are not required to make a deposit
- Non-Malaysian passport holders are required to make a refundable deposit of MYR350, to be paid by either cash or credit card
- Return the device to your selected drop off point
- For Non-Malaysian passport holders, you will be refunded the full MYR350 deposit within 7 working days should everything be in order

A compulsory Wifi device that is needed to go for oversea holiday. Although the speed is slow at certain area, but overall, this is a very good device to stay connected everywhere.
Easy booking, easy to collect , just opposite McDonald's at KLIA. Friendly service and clear info. Came with inbuilt VPN, so no problem in accessing what's app, Facebook or Google in China. Easy to carry around . No need to access hotels WiFi , which may have difficulty accessing above programmes . Only downside is the daily rate , which can be a large amount if your trip is long.
Pick up was easy. Battery life lasted for the whole day (constant usage). The signal is very good!
Wow, I don’t know I have chance to share this purchase because I can’t make it last minute because my grandmother passed away two days before departure. Klook is kind enough to refund my money due to my special case cancellations. Never regret using Klook for all my last travels. The redeem process is very easy and is 24hours at KLIA2 near by counter Y. The speed of the wifi is fast in the morning and towards end of the day a little bit slower. The battery of the wifi device can last more than 12hours for my device but is better bring along power bank together.
This dongle is super convenient especially you are travelling in Mainland China. No issue to access WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. The connection that I experienced from Da Lian - ShenYang - DunHua - Harbin are fantastic. Just that the battery is not that great as I am sharing with another 3 users.

Very good especially travelling in group, the speed is quite fast just that it got disconnected sometimes. Very useful in China when you do not need to download the VPN apps.
