Luggage Information
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
- Standard Luggage Size: 20". Bags over 20" will be considered 2 pieces
Booking Requirements
- The operator will forward your driver's contact information via phone, WeChat, email, WhatsApp within 2 hours before your scheduled service
- For services between 9:00 to 21:00, bookings must be at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time
- For services between 21:01 to 8:59, booking must be at least 8 hours before the scheduled pick up time
Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Each equipment will count as one luggage
- The driver will contact you by WhatsApp, WeChat, Line or phone call. Please indicate an active mobile number at the checkout page
- The operator will forward your driver's contact information via phone/WeChat/email/WhatsApp within 2 hours before your scheduled service
- Child seats are available upon request
- This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Child seat:
- HKD 100 per seat
- Additional stops:
- HKD80 per stop
- HKD50 per 15 minutes after 20 minutes of waiting time (for departure transfers)
- HKD50 per 15 minutes after 75 minutes of waiting time (for arrival transfers)
- HKD80 for each extra luggage (per piece)
- HKD100 for same day re-schedule (subject to operator’s availabilities)
- HKD200 for outside service areas(customer's hotel/destination, etc.)
- Routes through the Western Harbour Tunnel incur a toll surcharge (approx. HKD60)
