The experience we had was perfect. Our driver was waiting for us at the meeting point when we came out and helped us with our luggages. The drive was smooth and the driver waited for us to get our keys to our accomodation before dropping our luggages off. klook was very swift and efficient in helping us with our last minute enquiry.
The car was very clean and comfortable and the driver was very good and adjusted things well to made the journey smooth

I was given the instruction to where I could meet up the driver. But when I arrived at the airport they were doing some renovations therefore I wasn't able to find the pick up point and I did not receive any message nor call from the driver who is supposed to pick me up. and with my phone running out of battery I used the klook chat option. They insisted that I should be at the pick up point where the voucher has instructed me to be. I went around the airport arrival twice with my 2 luggages and 2 small ones. NOT.A.GOOD.EXPERIENCE.FOR.A.FIRST.TIMER.IN.MELBOURNE! DO NOT RELY ON THIS PICK UP SERVICE.
