Driver took us from our hotel lobby about 8.05am. We were the last batch, there were other 17 of us. Stopped at Easy Tour shop to change to a bigger bus. Our tour guide, Long was very friendly. *muslim tips: this tour doesn't have any places for halal food during your "own- expenses-lunch" we advise that you bring your own packed lunch before you come or you can take a tuk tuk to drive you to Angkor Halal(Name of restaurant) (abt 600m from Angkor wat- search them at FB) Most of the tuk tuk drivers are unaware of the place because it's new. Look out for it! The tuk tuk driver charge us 8usd to send us to the food place and back to Ta Phrong for our next meet up point with our tour guide. Fyi, journey from Ta Phrong is abt 20mins Overall, the tour was good, the tour guide was very helpful and funny! We enjoyed our tour and we walked ALOT! Please remember to wear comfortable shoe. This tour includes only sunset view at the last temple. Our tour guide brings us in ard 4.30pm. We waited for more than 1 hr for the sunset as the sun sets at 5.50pm due to the cloudy weather. There's a queue system, as only 300 paxs were allowed at one time.

What To Expect

Temples, temples, temples… well, that is why you're in Siem Reap after all. This tour is hands down the best way to explore Cambodia's incredible feats of religious architecture. Begin at Ta Prohm temple, where ancient stones and massive tree roots are locked in battle. These ruins overgrown with trees made the atmospheric backdrop for scenes in the 'Tomb Raider' movies. Then it's onwards to Angkor Thom ancient walled city and the mystical Bayon temple adorned with hundreds of smiling faces carved into the sandstone. Roam further into the temple complex and immerse yourself in stories told by your local Khmer guide before seeking out a shaded area to enjoy a hot Cambodian picnic lunch, at your own expense. End the tour with a bang: a visit to the jewel of the Khmer Empire, the amazing Angkor Wat, where founding inscriptions are plentiful, and the Phnom Bakheng, home to the first of the temple-mountains built in Angkor. Reflect on Cambodia's troubled history and contemplate the secrets as you stroll through these masterpieces of architecture and engineering.

It is worth the price. Well organised and very kind guide. Good choice to discover the main temples of Angkor Wat

Angkor Wat and the other beautiful temples were amazing. Although it was hot and crowded I seriously enjoyed myself with the people I met and my tour guide Sopheap who was funny, nice, detailed and knew his history. I would definitely do this tour again!

The temples are amazing. There was a bit of a wait time when they collected us all to their office before sorting us to different groups. Our guide was funny, but wish he talked more about local Cambodian culture and history.

Our guide Kha was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions about Angkor Wat, he even shared his own stories. The tour was well worth it and it is a whole day tour! The pick up was smooth.

Sok is the best tour guide! He’s very jolly and lnows everything about temples history. I recommend this though not for kids as it can be stressful for them.

Pick up was late, didn’t start going until after 8.30am. The guide is very funny, like to talk to the group where we blocked other people’s passageway. I have very high expectations with this tour cause I am here to see the temples but in general I was disappointed.

The trip is great, even our tour guide did not perform well
