- This offer is available for guests who purchase the concert ticket package between November 13, 2026 and November 15, 2026 (“Package”) from designated travel agencies via its designated sales channel(s) (“Designated Sales Channels”) selected by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) from October 14, 2026 to October 16, 2026
- This offer is not applicable to other ticket types or purchase via other sales channels or locations other than the Designated Sales Channels
- Each Package includes one 1-Day General Admission Ticket (Tier 2) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) (“Offer Ticket”) and one electronic voucher (“e-Voucher”) for a 20% discount on any one single transaction with a minimum net spending of HK$400 or above at any merchandise store in the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”).
- Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers may only be used by the guest purchasing the Package and his/her family members or friends (“Accompanying Guest”)
- The guest and his/her Accompanying Guests using the Offer Ticket must enter the Park at the same time and present the following at the Main Entrance turnstile of the Park in person for verification purpose: (i) his/her Offer Ticket issued by the Designated Sales Channel; (ii) his/her valid travel document with photo identification and such other information as HKITP may require for verification; and (iii) his/her physical or electronic concert ticket issued together with the Offer Ticket and the e-Voucher in the same Package
- Each Offer Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by the Eligible Guest or one Accompanying Guest on any date specified for its designated ticket tier or any lower ticket tier within 38 days commencing from the date of purchasing the Package (“Validity Period”). The validity dates specified for different ticket tiers in the next three months are set out in the Ticket Tier Calendar available on Hong Kong Disneyland website. The Ticket Tier Calendar and dates are subject to the Park’s operations and may be changed at any time and from time to time. Guests are advised to check the latest Ticket Tier Calendar at the time of purchase
- Each Offer Ticket and e-Voucher must be used by the same guest or Accompanying Guest during its Validity Period. HKITP may require the guest or Accompanying Guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose
- Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers not used within the Validity Period or in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void without compensation, exchange or refund
- Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers are not for re-sale, are non-cancellable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts
- Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any compensation, exchange or refund under this offer
- Offer Tickets cannot be upgraded to other 1-Day Tickets, 2-Day Tickets, Magic Access or any other products
- Upon entry to the Park, each guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If the guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#
* Examples of personal identification include but are not limited: passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification)
# Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
- HKITP may refuse Park admission to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP
- All guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full
- HKITP reserves the right to select or change the travel agencies and/or sales channels designated for this offer
- HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park; (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations; and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund
- HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Offer Ticket or e-Voucher, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the Offer Ticket, e-Voucher and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require
- HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund
e-Voucher Terms and Conditions
- The e-Vouchers may be used for a 20% discount on any one single transaction with a minimum net spending of HK$400 or above at any merchandise store in the Resort, subject to paragraph 19 below.
- The e-Vouchers may not be used to purchase of Disney Collectible Medallion, photo, photography service, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelry, Collectible items, Starbucks®, non-Disney/ convenience items (e.g. drugs), media product, personalized service, embroidery service, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Magic Prize, charity items, Mini Figurines, Chip ‘n’ Dale Lucky Nugget Spin at Bear Necessities in Grizzly Gulch, Pin Trading Carnival 2026 Magic Spin, Lorcana, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online, Hong Kong Disneyland Store at Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland Treasures at Citygate Outlets and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify
- Each e-Voucher is for one-time use only, must be used on the day of Park admission using the Offer Ticket issued with the e-Voucher and must be presented at the time of payment together with the valid Offer Ticket with which the e-Voucher is issued
- Only one e-Voucher may be used in each transaction. The e-Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer
- All merchandise items purchased using the e-Vouchers are subject to the exchange and refund policy printed on the back of original sales receipts. The guest receiving the refund or exchange shall pay HKITP the amount of any discount, offer or benefit received, and return to HKITP any gift redeemed, as applicable
- Redemption and use of the e-Vouchers is subject to these terms and conditions, availability of items and the operating hours of the merchandise stores
General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer
- This offer, the Package, the concert tickets and the issue thereof are provided by the Designated Sales Channels and/or the concert organizer (as the case may be), and each are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Neither the Designated Sales Channels nor the concert organizer provides the offer or redemption thereof on behalf of, or as agent of, HKITP or any of its affiliates. HKITP gives no representation or warranty as to the conduct by or activities of the Designated Sales Channels or the concert organizer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, taxes, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by the guest or any other person resulting from or in connection with this offer, the Package or the concert. HKITP is not responsible for resolving any dispute arising from the sale of this offer, the Package or the concert ticket, or the provision of any offer or any other product or service by the Designated Sales Channels or the concert organizer
- This offer and its respective components, the issuance and use of this offer and its respective components and admission to the Park or other parts of the Resort are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions; (ii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Hong Kong Disneyland website; and (iii) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; © close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require
- Duplicate Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers will not be accepted. Incomplete, damaged or altered Offer Tickets and e-Voucher are void without compensation, exchange or refund. Lost Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers will not be replaced. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers shall be final and conclusive
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive
- In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer
- This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions.
