Vehicle & luggage info

• Vehicle option: Group of 10 - Minibus
• Passenger capacity: 10 passengers excluding the driver
• Luggage allowance: 1 pieces of standard-sized luggages
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 5-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Participants must be aged under 96 to take part in this activity
