- Duration: 30-minute rotation on the London Eye & 1.5-2 hours per attraction (Madame Tussauds London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, The London Dungeon & Shrek's Adventure London)
- Luggage policy for all attractions: Suitcases and large hand luggage are not permitted inside the attraction. Left luggage facilities are available at the London Eye Ticket Office (Please check official website for opening hours) and nearby Waterloo Station

- The London Eye has a height of 135 m with a total of 32 pods
- Pregnant women are welcome on the London Eye, which offers comfortable seating, nearby toilet facilities, and a 30-minute rotation

- A Braille guide is available for the London Eye to provide commentary is accessible to all, please reach out to the staff onsite during your experience (Kindly note that all guides must be returned at the end of the experience)
- T Loop facilities are provided in the Ticket Hall for guests who are hard of hearing, please seek assistance from the staff onsite and switch to the T loop setting on your device(s). The venue also have a number of staff who are fluent in British Sign Language, kindly inform the staff onsite for further assistance
- The venue is a breastfeeding-friendly attraction and are able to provide guests a comfortable area to do so upon request
- Rotation duration: A full rotation takes approximately 30 minutes
- Strollers and pushchairs must be completely folded down before entering the pod. Please make sure to carry your child while going up and down stairs onsite
