The driver or operator may refuse to start or may terminate the trip if the pet poses a safety risk, behaves aggressively, or is unsuitable for transport.
If the trip is refused or terminated due to unsafe pet behavior or violation of pet conditions, no refund will be provided.
The vehicle must be kept in reasonable condition. Any excessive mess, damage, stains, or odor caused by the pet may incur additional charges.
