In this fun 55-minute class, you will learn their fascinating history and practice writing Kanji with a traditional brush pen. I had a great workshop with Suzuki today. You can tell that he really enjoys it and he has a wonderfully solid knowledge base. He gave the group a fantastic orientation and explained everything brilliantly. After a few calligraphy exercises, we were then allowed to design our own Daruma. It was wonderful!

I really enjoyed the experience. They tell you about what a Daruma doll is and where it comes from. Usually, they let you use various materials to draw and create whatever you like. On top of that, they also give you a bit of calligraphy practice, both for your name and other things.
Mr. Suzuki was truly very kind, he took a lot of time for us and explained everything in detail. I can recommend this experience to everyone!
