Robot Park & Ticket Information

• Ticket Pickup: Please present the reservation holder's name and the last 4 digits of their phone number, or your booking confirmation upon ticket pickup.
• Early Admission: You may enter the park before the show starts. Regardless of your booked session, you are welcome to arrive early and explore the Robot Park. However, show admission is strictly limited to your designated time slot.

Admission Information

• Ticket Requirement: Every visitor must possess an individual ticket for entry.
• Show Entry: Venue entry begins 15 minutes before the show starts.
• Late Arrival: Entry after the show begins may be restricted except at designated times. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
• Age Limit: All ages are welcome.
• Infants: Children under 36 months enter free when accompanied by a guardian, provided they do not occupy an individual seat (Limit: 1 infant per guardian).

Show Information

• Duration: The performance lasts approximately 60 minutes.
• Photography/Recording: Unauthorized photography, video recording, or audio recording during the show is strictly prohibited. Violators may have their recorded materials deleted and face immediate eviction without a refund or ticket cancellation.
