The Xinjiang Museum

The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Museum is located in Shayibake District, Urumqi City, and is the provincial museum of Xinjiang. The museum displays the history of Xinjiang and the folk customs of various ethnic groups, as well as rare exhibitions in China such as the Mummy Hall. The exhibits are very characteristic of Xinjiang, and famous cultural relics such as the ancient corpse of "Loulan Beauty" and the Han Dynasty brocade "Five Stars Appearing in the East" can also be seen here, making it an unmissable attraction in Urumqi City.
