• Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 20% of the tour price will apply to train tickets already issued.
• You will receive a notification call or text message from our staff or tour guide between 19:00-21:00 on the evening before your departure date. Please keep an eye out for it and ensure your phone is reachable.
• Force Majeure Clause: Due to force majeure events such as weather, natural disasters, traffic delays/failures, or reasons attributable to the transportation operator causing changes, delays, or cancellations of the itinerary, the travel agency shall not be liable for compensation or additional expenses, and will only assist in handling the situation; unspent fees will be refunded according to the agreement, and any excess expenses shall be borne by the tourist. Complimentary items that cannot be enjoyed due to unforeseen circumstances will not be refunded.
• Bullet train tickets are for second-class seats and are all electronic tickets. After the ticket is issued, changes or refunds must be processed by the passenger at the railway ticket window with their original ID card.
• Scenic Area Transportation: Within the scenic area, visitors must uniformly transfer to sightseeing vehicles; private cars are not provided. There may be queues, so please cooperate actively and take care of your personal belongings.
• Fee rules: Children's fees only include transportation and guide services; tickets, transportation, accommodation, and other expenses are at their own cost. If you voluntarily give up meals, attractions, accommodation, or leave the group midway, no related fees will be refunded. Leaving the group on your own is considered a unilateral termination of the contract, and a certificate of leaving the group must be signed, with personal safety during this period being your own responsibility.
• Minors under 18 years of age and seniors over 65 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Seniors joining the tour must have their family and children understand the itinerary, ensure the participant's health, agree to, and sign a written tour safety declaration.
• Within 24 hours after placing the order, customer service will add your contact information; 1 day before departure and before 6 PM, the tour notification or staff WeChat QR code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Customer service and staff will proactively contact you. Please submit your ID photos promptly to arrange the itinerary. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Collection information: Get up early and go to the North Square of Urumqi Station one hour before the ticket time. Take your ID to the ticket office to get a paper ticket, and then enter the station and board the train with the paper ticket and passport. • Itinerary and assembly: The itinerary, transportation, and hotel are subject to the tour notification. The local travel agency may adjust the sightseeing order if the attractions remain unchanged. If you have any questions, please consult when registering; one day before departure, you will be notified of the assembly information by phone/SMS. Please pay attention and reply to confirm. This is a group tour for individual travelers. Please accurately fill in your identity information and carry valid documents such as your ID card when traveling. Untrustworthy individuals cannot use real-name transportation, so please check in advance.
• Code of Conduct: It is strictly forbidden to enter restricted or undeveloped areas of the scenic spot, and unauthorized departure from the group is not allowed; please adhere to the assembly time, as individuals who are late or fall behind will be responsible for the consequences. In case of itinerary disputes, intentionally delaying or obstructing the itinerary is not allowed, otherwise, compensation for losses and a penalty of 20%-30% of the tour fee will be incurred.
• Group withdrawal and complaints: If you withdraw from the group or change participants after registration, you will be responsible for actual losses such as tickets and accommodation, and the travel contract will be enforced; please fill in the tourist opinion form truthfully, and complaints will not be accepted after you sign and express satisfaction. This itinerary is a national group tour, and prices are affected by various factors, so price complaints will not be accepted after registration.
• Participant groups and health requirements: Pregnant women, patients with infectious diseases, and tourists over 75 years old are not accepted; individuals over 65 years old, minors, people with disabilities, and foreign nationals cannot join the tour alone and must be accompanied by a dedicated person. Seniors and minors also need to sign a health declaration. Please confirm your health status before traveling; you are responsible for any accidents caused by pre-existing conditions or physical discomfort, and it is recommended to bring your own common medicines. Individuals with visual or hearing impairments must be accompanied by a companion. Individuals with mental illness or those without self-control are prohibited from joining the tour. It is recommended to purchase travel accident insurance. For high-risk activities such as horseback riding, rafting, and rock climbing, please purchase corresponding specialized accident insurance. For horseback riding, please choose a reputable stable, and you assume the risks yourself.
• Travel supplies and tips: The route is long, so please prepare medicines for motion sickness, anti-diarrhea, anti-altitude sickness, etc.; Xinjiang has a dry climate, strong ultraviolet rays, and strong winds and sand, so you need to prepare sun protection products, scarves, lip balm, etc.; The local day and night temperature difference is large, so even in summer, you need to bring warm clothing. It is not recommended to book return train tickets / air tickets on the last day of the tour to prevent delays due to road conditions.
