• If your team consists of 1-10 people, we will arrange an experienced driver and guide to be fully responsible for safe driving and basic route explanations throughout the journey. If your team consists of more than 10 people, we will provide a professional tour guide.
• The travel agency is not liable for economic losses to tourists caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, etc.) or objective reasons not attributable to the travel agency (such as train delays, traffic jams, traffic control, etc.), as well as reasons attributable to the tourist (such as lateness, leaving the group, personal health problems, etc.). In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or severe weather, resulting in changes, delays, holdups, or early termination of the tour, the travel agency will actively coordinate the handling of the situation but will not be held liable. The travel agency will refund any unspent fees from the itinerary to the tourist; however, any overspending incurred due to itinerary changes shall be borne by the tourist.

Throughout the entire tour, please strictly abide by relevant regulations and do not leave the group without authorization, enter unopened areas, or engage in dangerous activities. If an accident occurs due to personal violation of regulations, you will be responsible for the corresponding consequences. • For safety reasons, minors under 18 years of age and seniors over 65 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. When seniors participate in the tour, their family members and children must fully understand the itinerary, intensity, and potential risks of the trip, ensure that the participant's health condition is suitable for the trip, and agree to and sign a written safety declaration for participation. Adults who register for the tour with seniors or children are the guardians of the seniors and minors during the tour. • Pickup information: Collection time: 9:30* Collection location: Urumqi Station North Square - Ticket Office (North); On the day of departure, please arrive at Urumqi Station North Square 1 hour in advance with your ID, obtain a paper ticket at the ticket office with your ID, and then enter the station and board the train with the paper ticket and passport. • Dismissal information: After the tour, take a bus back to Turpan North Station, pick up your tickets and wait for the train.
