Key Information for the experience:

• Admission Ticket: Please present your email confirmation and QR code upon entry, our team will scan the QR code at the door for a smooth and fast check-in. * If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service.
• Doors open: 40 minutes before the show.
• Doors close: 10 minutes before showtime, no admission after door closed - guests who arrive late may reschedule to another session (tickets are non-refundable due to company policy).
• Seats Allocation: Seats are allocated for the zone(s) selected at the time of purchase. Within each zone, seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Admission Rules: Kindly keep voices low and silence electronic devices to maintain the enchanting atmosphere.
• Age Restriction: Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter the venue.
• Any deletion, modification, or tampering with the ticket information and entry confirmation code (if applicable) for this event will render the ticket null and void. The Organizer shall not bear any responsibility or re-issue any tickets in the event of loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use. Photocopies and screenshots will be deemed invalid. In case of any dispute, the records of the Organizer shall prevail, and the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.
