Really easy. Just scan QR code and go. the Chancelor is the first stop and if you miss that, you can walk up the street to the Woolstore, last stop, as it's a circuit. makes it really easy in case you're delayed. Lots of luggage space too.

The bus was big and low-step and suitable for all variety of travellers. There are racks for luggage and the confirmation voucher with QR code would be scanned for entry to the bus. The bus leaves at regular intervals, about one every 30 minutes. Take note that it took about two days for the order to be confirmed. I bought on 23 Nov and received the voucher on 25 Nov so it is not instant.
It was rainy day and the bus came on time. There were plenty of seats available when I used it in the afternoon. That was a comfortable trip to the airport.
The bus is comfortable, with wifi! The driver is very nice and helpful! He confirmed with every passenger’s drop off stations, I feel very secure and being taken good care.
Good ride, very helpful & friendly- courteous staff, both ground staff & driver, unfortunately just like any other Skybus i ve taken their wi-fi never works!! And thats really annoying and misleading for advertising that you ‘ll have a wifi but it never works, see pictures. I also experienced this everytime i caught the Skybus in Melbourne. Tasmania is no different
