For Sea/Lake Tours
- Please be mindful not to feed the marine animals, walk on corals, or engage in any activity that may damage the marine ecosystem

- The boat departs the marina at 8:00 sharp and will not wait for late arrivals
- All guests riding Viper must meet the minimum height requirement of 130cm; guests who do not meet this requirement upon arrival will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds will be issued
- Tour may be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified due to minimum numbers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances at the operator’s discretion for safety and comfort
- The operator can cater to all dietary requirements, 24 hours notice is required
- If you are prone to seasickness, please consult a pharmacist in advance for suitable medication, as tablets should be taken before departure and brought with you if needed, and are not available onboard
- Snorkelling requires confident swimming ability as activities take place in open ocean conditions with varying currents and waves
- Guests must be physically able to safely enter and exit the water using a ladder into a dinghy to access snorkelling sites and destinations
- Crew will provide full safety instructions and support, and the experience is not recommended for non-swimmers or those uncomfortable in open water
- Guests must be physically able to climb down a 4–5 rung ladder on the outside of the vessel into a dinghy to access snorkelling and landing sites
- The operator may refuse or stop participation in snorkelling activities at its discretion for safety reasons. Guests with heart, lung conditions, or medical conditions such as asthma, epilepsy, or diabetes that may be triggered by cold water or saltwater should carefully consider participation
- Snorkelling is optional, and guests not participating can relax onboard with a beer or glass of wine from the bar as the operator spend around 45 minutes at the snorkelling site to explore the Whitsundays’ vibrant coral, fish, and marine life
- The track to the cultural site is steep and rocky, and can be challenging. The 340m walk is graded "moderate" by National Parks
- Before you board you will be asked to remove your shoes, unless you have white soft sole shoes on

- Shoes you don’t mind getting wet (When exiting the dinghy at the caves you may be in ankle deep water)
- Footwear suitable for the bush walks to the cave in Nara Inlet; if you are steady on foot, sandals or flip flops are sufficient for these walks
