• The tour inside St. Mark’s Basilica usually lasts around 20 minutes, in accordance with monument rules and protocols
• The shared gondola ride accommodates up to five guests, is operated by a professional gondolier without a guide, and lasts approximately 25–30 minutes, including boarding and disembarking
• Tour times are subject to change due to ticketing, and the itinerary may run in reverse with Murano and Burano visited first
• This tour involves extensive walking, standing, stairs, and crossing four bridges, so it is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for guests with mobility issues
• St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace may close unexpectedly due to weather, maintenance, or safety reasons, while high water may affect the boat tour; alternative arrangements will be provided when possible
• As the tour includes a private boat to Murano and Burano, please follow the meeting times provided by your guide, as the boat must depart on schedule
• Two guides will accompany you, with an expert guide for St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace and a tour leader for Murano and Burano
• A quick 30-minute lunch break is scheduled between experiences
• Large backpacks and bags may not be permitted inside the attractions, so please pack light
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, as late guests can only rejoin the tour during the lunch break
