This is value for money! we had great tour guide who explained things very well. he also was not rushing us as some of us can not cope with fast walking. highly recommended!

The meeting place is not easy to understand. It is on the east side of St. Mark's Basilica, about a 5-minute walk. You need to find Campo San Zaccaria according to the location marked on the map. There is a small square there, and check in at a Tour shop next to it (as shown in the photo). The tour guide explained the characteristics of Venice and churches in quite detail. The ticket price includes access to the upper floor and balcony of the church, so you can buy it if you want to save time.
After arriving at the designated place first, there will be a check-in counter for confirmation, where the tour headset will be distributed and the tour number will be informed. Unfortunately this time, the tour guide’s tone was rather heavy-handed, so it would be a little difficult if you didn’t do your homework beforehand.

The tour guide was not illustrated the history details of the cathedral. So no different I buy the ticket in the official ticket box.
Gondola ride was ok, it was a bit messy at the meeting point as there were a few tours that met at the same location. Be prepared to wait till exactly the starting time stated! Would be good to have known what the tour company was called and also provide a point of contact after booking was completed. The tour to St Mark's Basilica was conducted by a very knowledgeable guide. It was worth the money to see how the beautiful interior and actually learn about it's history.
The tour guide was very informative and gave a clear explaination on each detail of the church. Learnt a great deal of the Basilica which we wont be able to get if we were to go alone. Best of all, no queuing required
