Activation procedure
- For those arriving in a new country or destination, you will need to setup the APN (Access Point Names) on your phone to enjoy the data roaming
- If you’re not sure how to set this up, please follow this quick start guide
- For Android users: Go to Settings and select Connections –> select Mobile Networks and search for Access Point Names (APN) –> click Add and select Name, edit it to tunetalk and click OK –> save the edited APN and select tunetalk. Please check the Android video guide for assistance
- For iOS users: Go to Settings and select Mobile Data –> select Mobile Data Network –> ensure Access Point Name (APN) is tunetalk. Please check the iOS video guide for assistance

Followed the guide to pickup the simcard at level 2 klia2. The staff there will help you to setup the roaming option if you’re unsure how to do it later. Staff was very helpful and easy to find the shop location. I went to Cambodia and use the data roaming. So far the connection is good and 4gb is enough for my 4 dyas trip, i guess maybe i have some more balance as I didn’t used the data much. Only of some part of area the connection is bit slow but overall the data is working and luckily i bought this simcard as my hostel wifi is super terrible. Recommend for short trip and to prevent bad wifi connection in your hostel or hotel later. Thanks klook

Collection is easy and easy to used sim card (no need to setting). Data is sufficient even I into the social media app all the time. I would recommend this to everyone travelling to HuaHin from Malaysia.

It was easy to pick up, the location (Orange convenience store) is located right outside the arrival area. The staff is very nice as well and the process of collecting it was fast too. Just insert the sim card to your phone and viola, instant connection. I was abke to use this in Brunei as well, just make sure to turn on data roaming. Internet connection is great and fast too! I totally recommend this!

Internet speed is good, data is sufficient even im into social media app all the time. Price is affordable and coverage is all over Siem reap. They even provide phone pin for the sim withdraw 10/10 would recommend this to anyone traveling to siemreap from Malaysia

I like this card especially if I'm traveling through Indonesia, KL, Yangon and Bangkok in 7 days. So I just need only 1 SIM for all those countries. Connection is good all the time. Klook price is cheaper than when you buy it for 30 RMD. I sometimes get 2 SIM Cards at a time just in case I don't pass by KL.

snooth and easy to use. just need to do something with the phone to key in TuneTalk super happy with our data plan. we went to Myanmar and in Yangon it was good. only in Bagan it gets slower but that's because we were far away from the city, which is acceptable for us. overall, happy with the plan. internet was good enable me to upload post in Instagram and Facebook
