Reviews summaryI tried to book through Klook just the day before my trip to Malacca, and I was so relieved that everything went smoothly. Initially, I was a little anxious because I didn't receive the car number (perhaps because I don't use WhatsApp), but on the day of the trip, I met Benny at the requested time without any issues. My trip to Putrajaya and Malacca with Benny was a truly enjoyable experience! Even though there might have been parking fees, he waited for us right at the hotel's main entrance so we could board the vehicle directly, and he recognized us in the lobby and greeted us first. Without any prior travel information, Benny's kind guidance allowed us to explore meaningful places, and we were able to get satisfying photos thanks to his recommendations for excellent photo spots. Thank you so much for introducing us to hidden gems that are hard to find! Moreover, as we moved between locations, he meticulously explained the historical buildings and famous places we passed, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the city. The restaurant he recommended was also an excellent Nyonya eatery, and we had a delightful lunch. Benny not only transported us to tourist sites but also enthusiastically guided us after arrival, and he never forgot to take photos for us. I feel incredibly lucky to have met him and to have experienced Malacca with him :)
It was a wonderful experience! The Pink Mosque was larger and more intricately decorated than I imagined, and it was great to see. In Malacca, we saw Dutch Square and A Famosa Fort, and it was fascinating to learn about its history as a crucial maritime trade route that European powers vied for. Although there was a sudden downpour, typical of Southeast Asia, our guide's advice allowed us to finish sightseeing without getting wet. If you want to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca and enjoy the most comfortable sightseeing experience, I highly recommend this tour.

Departing at 12 PM was ideal, as we didn't have to wake up early. Our driver and guide, Mr. Zeng, was very attentive and provided excellent service. He shared a lot about the history and culture of Putrajaya and Malacca, which our family thoroughly enjoyed and found very informative.
I booked a day trip from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca and Putrajaya for Instagram-worthy photos, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I especially want to thank the hard-working private car driver. • Punctual and Professional: The driver arrived at the hotel on time for pickup and drop-off, and the service attitude was excellent, making me feel at ease from the start. • Strong Adaptability: Although there was a severe traffic jam on the way there, the driver, with professional driving experience, still led us to complete all the scheduled itineraries smoothly and safely returned to the hotel within the scheduled time. • Excellent Driving Skills: The round trip took a very long time, and the driver worked very hard driving the whole time, but the driving process was very smooth and comfortable. To thank the driver for his hard work all day, we also prepared a tip to express our gratitude. • Stunning Attractions: The itinerary is well-arranged. Whether it is the Pink Mosque in Putrajaya or the historic Red Square and Jonker Street in Malacca, they are all very worthy of taking pictures.
We got confirmation through WhatsApp 2 days before the journey. Our driver arrived 30 mins earlier and pick us from the hotel. He is nice and friendly which also provided detailed information on different places. As a pregnant woman, he provided strong support and caring during whole journey. Worth to join for the private tour and you can enjoy a nice day in Malaysia!
Malacca, the Pink Mosque, and the Floating Mosque are well worth a visit. The driver speaks Cantonese and provides friendly and excellent service. He is happy to help find angles and take photos. Although there was traffic, all the arrangements were very thoughtful.
The four of us chartered a car to go there. There is a driver who also serves as a tour guide. The driver was kind and took photos for us. The Putrajaya Pink Mosque is very special. The driver will take us to hidden check-in spots for taking photos. After that, we took a 2-hour ride to Malacca, a historical town with the main store of Mommy Noodles, which has many cute products. It is recommended to go from Monday to Wednesday to reduce traffic jams.
Our driver, Hui Ge, was very kind. Not only did he transport us safely and comfortably to each location, but he also provided very detailed explanations of Malaysia's history, culture, people, customs, and more along the way. Even when we encountered traffic jams on the return trip, he was not impatient or tried to rush. He was very friendly and interacted with us throughout the journey. It was a very enjoyable day trip!
I really enjoyed the trip! It's definitely worth going out of Kuala Lumpur. My guide Mr. Zigo Yip is so kind and he takes good photos too. I highly recommend!
