For Bike / Scooter / Segway

• Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
• Ponchos will be provided in case of rain

Other Reminders

• Previous cycling experience is required. For your safety and the safety of the group, the tour guide will assess your ability to ride a bike. If your skills are insufficient for what’s required, you may be unable to join the tour and will be refunded
• Please arrive at the bike shop 15-20 minutes prior to your tour. The tour departs promptly at the time scheduled. Before you leave the bike shop, the operator will adjust a bicycle for you, get you suited with a helmet, and confirm you have completed a waiver
• Parking must be obtained for at least 4.5 hours. The operator recommend taking public transit or walking to meet at Spokes Bicycle Rentals
• There is no washroom for use at Spokes Bicycle Rentals, please go before you arrive. There is a washroom break roughly 1 hour into the tour
• Please bring valid student ID (if applicable)
