- Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued

Other Reminders
- This 15 km tour involves approximately 2.5 hours of biking on mostly flat pathways, with some uphill and downhill sections and regular stops along the way
- A water bottle fill station and water fountain are available at the midway stop
- Tours run rain or shine. In the event of unsafe conditions, participants will be notified via phone, text or email to cancel and reschedule, or refund
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for biking and bring extra layers for varying weather conditions. If the weather looks rainy, consider bringing a rain jacket and appropriate shoes. Gloves and a toque are recommended when it's expected to be wet or cold
- The tour mainly sticks to paved roads including sidewalks, designated bike paths, side roads, and some hills. The tour guide will adapt the route to ensure a comfortable experience for all participants
- Should guests experience any issues with the bike during the tour, notify the tour guide immediately, and they'll assist you in resolving the problem or providing a replacement bike
- Guests may be charged CAD 10 per bag for storage depending on size. It is recommended to only bring essentials
- Please note that there are no washroom facilities at the meeting point. The nearest washroom available is at Sandman, with an additional washroom break provided approximately 1 hour into the tour

- By car: Paid parking is available at the Sandman Signature Hotel. Parking must be obtained for at least 3.5 hours. As parking can be difficult on weekends, it is advised to arrive early
