It is recommended to book 5-10 days in advance during peak season, and 1-3 days in advance during off-peak season.

Each mobile number is limited to 10 tickets per day.

Real-name booking, only 1 ticket can be booked per same ID number and same play date; duplicate bookings are invalid.

Flammable and explosive items, food, and beverages are prohibited from being brought into the venue.

No photography or video recording during the performance.

One ticket per person, assigned seating. [Because seat numbers are automatically assigned by the system, purchasing multiple tickets at once does not guarantee consecutive seats. If you require consecutive seats, you can apply to staff on-site at the scenic area, and adjustments will be made based on the actual seating availability. If the actual on-site situation cannot accommodate consecutive seats, please refer to the seat numbers provided by the ticketing system for your viewing experience.

The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Valid only for the specified performance date and time; void after expiration.

Enter according to the show time (7:00 PM show). Please strictly adhere to your reserved show time. It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes in advance. Tickets will be void after the designated time.

Admission redemption method: Enter with the reserved electronic QR code for ticket checking.

Ticket checking and entry will stop 10 minutes before the start of the performance.

Valid admission credentials: Original document used for reservation registration (ID card / passport / Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit) / Official electronic voucher QR code / Name of the person who made the reservation
