• Please bring all necessary identification documents with you on the tour and take care of your personal belongings.
• Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on and readily available before and during the tour so that the tour guide can contact you (especially during free time at scenic spots). The tour guide will inform you of the next day's departure time and precautions via SMS or phone call before 10 PM on the evening before departure.
• In circumstances of force majeure and with the signed consent of all members of the tour group, the order of attractions may be adjusted or attractions may be cancelled.
• In case of irresistible factors (such as traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, landslides, etc. during the journey), if the estimated arrival time is not met or the itinerary cannot be completed, our agency will try its best to coordinate, but the resulting expenses shall be borne by the tourists themselves; if some scenic spots cannot be safely visited due to weather factors, our center has the right to reduce the number of such spots according to the scenic area's announcement, and the package ticket will not be partially refunded.
