If the ticket is not used on the day of purchase, the tourist must initiate a refund application within 7 days. No handling fees will be charged, and refunds will not be available after the deadline.
If the movie ticket for the current showing is unused, you can initiate a refund application yourself before 16:00 on the same day, without any handling fees. Refunds are not available after the deadline.

Eligibility
- Full-price ticket applicable to: Tourists aged 18-59 (can bring a maximum of 1 to 3 minors under 14 years old).
Scope of Concessionary Tickets:
- Domestic, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign tourists: full-time students aged 18-22 (excluding graduate students); those aged 60 and above (with valid identification documents)
- Foreign tourists: Minors aged 4-18 (excluding 18); minors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Free admission policy:
- Domestic, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan tourists: Minors aged 0-18 (exclusive); Minors under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Foreign tourists: Free admission for tourists aged 0-3 years old
- Active military personnel, fire rescue personnel, and persons with disabilities are admitted free of charge with valid identification.
Booking limitations
- Tourists who purchase full-price tickets can bring up to 3 minors under the age of 14. Please open the QR code in advance and scan it to enter the museum.
- Foreign visitors/visitors from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan who use passports or Taiwan Resident Travel Permits for booking and purchasing tickets, or domestic and international visitors who purchase discounted tickets, must present valid identification such as a Resident ID Card/passport/senior citizen card, and student ID card upon entry, and scan a code to enter the museum.
- Visitors purchasing movie tickets, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled movie screening to scan the QR code for ticket verification. Entry will be stopped 5 minutes after the movie begins. With the same WeChat account, a maximum of 4 movie tickets can be purchased, and a maximum of 5 tickets can be purchased per single transaction (tickets must be purchased in advance to watch the movie).

- The 3D cinema is closed from Monday to Friday and open on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during winter and summer vacations.
