We missed the bus because the address provided by the operator was apparently incorrect. We took a Didi with the help of the hotel staff, and it took us to a completely different location. After an unsuccessful search, we simply walked around the streets.

Absolute scam. Avoid this company! They took my money immediately upon booking, but then provided zero communication no confirmation calls, no emails, nothing. To make matters worse, finding the departure location was a nightmare because there wasn't a single sign or indicator. If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would. Save your cash and book elsewhere.

We were unable to do this activity due to a lack of information. We didn't have a schedule indicating when to pick up tickets at the Qianmen store. We arrived at the shop at 6 PM, and it had been closed for 30 minutes. We had to buy new tickets for a tram located in the square at the Qianmen subway station. It was a disappointment because this was our last activity in China.
