Our guide, Alex, was very nice, and the intern accompanying us was also very lovely. Although her English wasn't perfect, she was very enthusiastic and felt like a charming mascot throughout the trip. The experience was excellent, and the itinerary was perfectly arranged!

The guide is nice and humorous. especially at sticky waterfall, he guided us from the bottom to top, helping us take photos. but it’s pity that we didn’t have enough time to elephant cafe.
