After registration, please prepare medications that can effectively relieve symptoms caused by altitude sickness in advance, and make all necessary preparations before the trip. The climate in high-altitude areas is dry, with strong sunlight and intense ultraviolet rays. Guests are advised to bring items such as sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, and lip balm. The temperature difference between day and night in high-altitude areas is significant, so guests should prepare long-sleeved clothing and warm clothes. Additionally, it is recommended to carry medications such as cold medicine, stomach medicine, aspirin, sedatives, and headache powder to prevent discomfort caused by altitude sickness. During the trip, if you feel unwell, please notify the accompanying service staff and the travel agency immediately, and ask the service staff to assist in seeking medical attention and follow doctor's advice.
• For safety reasons, this product does not accept bookings from pregnant women. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler. Tourists over 80 years old are not accepted in high-altitude areas. We appreciate your understanding.
• During the actual trip of this product, without reducing the number of attractions/venues and with your consent, the tour service staff and driver may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary (such as adjusting the order of visiting/touring attractions/venues, changing the meeting time, etc.) based on weather, traffic, and other conditions, to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
• Yunnan is a minority ethnic region. Please respect the religious and living customs of the local ethnic minorities. Before traveling, it is recommended that you pay attention to the local weather forecast. Yunnan is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, where there is a large temperature difference between day and night. Please bring enough warm clothing to protect against the cold. Yunnan has strong sunlight and intense UV rays. For prolonged outdoor activities, please wear a sun hat, sunglasses, and apply sunscreen to protect your skin. The weather can be unpredictable, so please carry rain gear.

Cancellation policy

• During summer vacation, winter vacation, and statutory holidays (National Day, May Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, etc.), some hotel bookings are non-cancellable. For other parts, the cancellation and modification rules are the same as in the off-season, as follows:
• Free cancellation up to 00:00, 7 days before the start of the itinerary.
• From 00:00 on the 6th day to 00:00 on the 3rd day before the start of the trip, a 30% loss will be deducted.
• From 00:00 2 days before the start of the trip to 00:00 1 day before the start of the trip, 50% of the loss will be deducted.
• After the trip start date, 80% of the loss will be deducted.
• Many accommodations on this itinerary require advance confirmation of resources and payment of related fees. If you withdraw temporarily due to personal reasons, and the proportion of fees deducted according to the contract on the withdrawal date is insufficient to cover the compensation, the actual loss will be deducted, but not exceeding the total travel cost. We appreciate your understanding.
• If it is due to force majeure or health reasons, provide a medical certificate or other proof, and the hotel can also help coordinate, subject to the actual deductions made by the hotel.
