- Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 18+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 0-1 can enter free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats

- It is recommended to check the daily CINE+ film schedule upon arrival
- Courtesy strollers and wheelchairs are available. Please inquire at the Information desk
- Visitors are permitted to carry one bag not exceeding 35 cm x 30.5 cm x 19 cm
- Large bags, backpacks, and full-length umbrellas are not permitted in the venue and must be stored at the Coat Check. Diaper bags are the exception and may be carried with you
- Public washrooms, including accessible washrooms, are located on all levels of the Museum
- Diaper-changing tables are available in all public washrooms. Nursing is welcome anywhere in the Museum. For a private nursing room on the first level, please speak with a Visitor Services representative
- Drinking fountains are available throughout the Museum. Visitors are kindly requested to use their personal water bottles rather than drinking directly from the fountains
- Electric vehicle charging is available in the parking garage on Level P1, with four Level 2 charging stations. Charging is USD 1.50 per hour and requires the FLO app
- The parking garage is reserved for visitors only at USD 2 per half hour, and overnight parking is not permitted
- The Museum’s Coat Check is complimentary and available during Museum hours. Lockers are also available on the P1 level
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, except service animals with valid identification. For guests with non-traditional service animals, contact the Museum at +1-800-555-5621 prior to visiting
- The Museum has a cafe and full-service cafeteria available
- Visitors are permitted to use feeding tubes and machines when required throughout the Museum
- Visitors are permitted to bring outside food to eat at the Museum in designated areas, including the Main Lobby and the cafeteria
- Please be aware that the Museum's exhibitions are immersive, multi-sensory environments featuring sound effects such as period music, voices, and ambient sounds. Some sounds play continuously throughout the exhibitions, while others can be controlled by the visitor
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

- By bus: Take Bus 15 from Lyon O-Train Station to the Laurier/Elisabeth-Bruyere stop, and walk for approximately 2 minutes to the venue
- By metro: Take O-Train Line 1 to Lyon Station, then transfer to Bus 15 toward Gatineau and alight at the Laurier/Elisabeth-Bruyere stop, and walk for approximately 2 minutes to the venue
- By water: Take the Water Taxi, eh. Shuttling between Ottawa Locks jetty (below Parliament Hill) and the Museum, with a stop at Richmond Landing near the Canadian War Museum
