- Sign up for an English guided tour at the main lobby info desk upon arrival; it is included with adult admission. The tours are guided by knowledgeable volunteers and last approximately 1 hour. Please note that tour times will vary and are subject to guide availability

- Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- The activity is wheelchair-accessible, though there are some areas on the third floor that are not accessible
